The assembly station

• Standard version of the assembly station is an ideal solution for workstations in assembly halls, workshops, production plants.
• Overall dimensions (length x height x width): 1365x2100x735 mm,
• Load capacity of the structure: 150 kg,
• Excellent mechanical and anticorrosive parameters of the lacquer coating can be made according to the concept of the customer (dimensions and equipment of the stand tailored to individual needs).

The assembly station - standard equipment:

Solid L-shaped structure with steel sections,

Top made of laminated board #25 mm in an ashen color,

Regulators to level over the table top:

• lighting (lamp 36 W)
• rail to the balancer shelf
• hooked in with a head. 250 mm from laminated board #25 mm in ash color,
• hooked strip for type IIIA containers (holds 7 containers),
• 2 perforated boards with dimensions (width, width, height). 780x460 mm and 445x460 mm,
• strip equipped with 2 230 V sockets and a switch for the lamp.

Regulators to level under the table top:

• a drawer with dimensions (H x W x D).) 173x386x450 mm equipped with telescopic slides with a load capacity of 40 kg, drawer extension 90%, protection against falling out, cylindrical lock in Master system (possibility to open all locks of a given series with a special Master / key/ ordered separately),

2 standard keys powder-coated,

standard color: construction - ashen RAL 7035, drawer front and / strip/ green RAL 6011.
